1. Clean your hands with soap and water or hand sanitizer before touching the mask.

在触碰口罩前，请用肥皂及清水或消毒洗手液清洗双手。

2. Determine which side of the mask is the top.

The side of the mask that has a stiff bendable edge is the top and is meant to mold to the shape of your nose.

判断口罩哪面朝上。

口罩的坚硬且带有可弯曲边缘的那面是上面，旨在贴合住你的鼻子。

stiff (形容词)坚硬的

bendable (形容词)可弯曲的

mold [mo?ld] (动词)使贴合

3. Determine which side of the mask is the front.

The colored side of the mask is usually the front and should face away from you, while the white side touches your face.

判断口罩哪面是正面。

有颜色的那面大多为正面，要戴在外面，白色的那面贴合你的脸。

4. Hold the mask by the ear loops. Place a loop around each ear.

1. Hold both of the ear loops and gently lift and remove the mask.
