远周计划何颖：商科与公益碰撞的创新之路

为了更加广泛地宣传女性创业，也为女性创业营造良好的社会氛围，“紫玉兰”女性企业成长计划将项目开展过程中脱颖而出的创业女性典型案例分享，通过四位女性创业者的鲜活故事，激励广大创业女性在经济社会发展中建新功、创佳绩。

作为一个拥有丰富志愿经历的商科大学生，何颖加入了上海远周青少年发展指导中心，通过管理运营思维、学科专业知识和数字化技能，为远周的发展做出了巨大的贡献。

He Ying, a business school student with extensive volunteer experience, joined the Shanghai Yuan Zhou Youth Development Guidance Center and has made a great contribution to the development of Yuan Zhou through leveraging her management operation mindset, professional knowledge and digital skills.

初体验：从参与者到团队领头人

First Taste as A Team Leader

和很多精于市场化的商科学生不同，何颖身上有着一份专属于自己的社会责任感。大学期间，在学习专业知识之余，她做的最多的事情就是做公益。从中国首届进口博览会的志愿者，到上海融乐基金文宣志愿者的负责人。这些校内校外大大小小的志愿活动丰富了何颖的社会实践经历，也使她对于社会现象有了一份敏锐的感知力。

He Ying has a strong sense of social responsibility. During her college years, except for schoolwork, participating in charity was also her priority. From the first China International Import Expo to Shanghai Rongle Philanthropy Foundation’s, these on- and off-campus volunteer activities have enriched He Ying’s social participation and equipped her with a keen sense of social issues.

机会是留给有准备的人的。在一次学院举办的校友分享中，何颖第一次接触到了上海远周青少年发展指导中心。作为国内首家未成年人公益关护基地的创始人，校友袁帅在分享会上介绍了自己创办远周的初心与过程。远周以未成年群体为服务对象，以“用爱点燃希望，助力社会长治久安”为愿景，从治理与预防两方面解决未成年涉罪问题，对轻微涉罪未的成年人进行关护帮教。会后何颖主动向袁帅分享了自己对项目的认识，两人一拍即合，何颖便加入远周，开始为远周的运营而努力。

Chance favors only the prepared mind. In an alumnus sharing session, He Ying got to know Shanghai Yuan Zhou Youth Development Guidance Center. As the founder of this first public welfare care center for minors in China, Yuan Shuai introduced his original aspiration and story of Yuan Zhou. With the vision of “igniting hope with love and contributing to the long-term stability of society”, Yuan Zhou targets minors and aims to address juvenile delinquency problems through intervention and prevention. It also provides care and guidance for minors involved in crimes. Although working with juvenile delinquents is challenging, all effort is worthwhile as long as a little effort achieved. Hearing this, He Ying was attracted by the work and vision of Yuan Zhou: “The volunteer work I did before might bring support and help some people, but such help is momentary. However, in Yuan Zhou, our efforts might be able to influence those teens lives.” The social significance of Yuan Zhou evoked a more profound sense of responsibility to He Ying.

何颖的加入为远周填补了志愿服务团队的空白。在短短的几天时间里，何颖凭借着自己强大的号召力和优秀的组织管理能力，迅速地组建起一支500人规模的志愿服务团队，并初步建立了规范的团队内部管理模式和服务流程，为远周的人力资源服务和调配解了燃眉之急。就此，何颖开始深入参与到远周项目的方方面面，逐渐地成为了远周的中坚力量。

By joining Yuan Zhou, He Ying not only injected fresh energy into it, but also filled the gap of the volunteer team of Yuan Zhou. He Ying gave full play to her calling power–She immediately reached out to classes, colleges and clubs, and also posted the volunteer recruitment notice on social media. With her strong appeal and excellent operational skills, He Ying quickly set up a 500-member volunteer team in a few days and established a standardized internal volunteer management model and service process, which addressed the shortage of human resources. Since then, He Ying started to deeply involve in all aspects of Yuan Zhou, and gradually became the backbone with her professional skills and charisma.

发挥商科思维，助远周发展

Leverage Business mindset to Promote Yuan Zhou’s Development

在商科思维的引导下，何颖结合自身的志愿者队伍建设经验，协助远周打造了一套完整的志愿队伍培养和管理模式：在团队招募的过程中，建立远周的品牌形象，并明确团队定位；在人员培训阶段，探索出“做什么”和“怎么做”的培养课程，用以提升队伍的整体专业素养。此外，何颖还建立了一套“老带新，一带一”的培养方式，不仅在一定程度上减轻了人员培训压力，也建立起志愿服务团队内部的独特凝聚力。

With her business mindset, He Ying helped Yuan Zhou build a comprehensive set of volunteer training and management model based on her past experience: in the process of team recruitment, the brand image of Yuan Zhou was established and the team’s positioning was clarified; in the personnel training stage, the need-based and solution-orientated training module was developed to improve the overall professionalism of the team. In addition, He Ying established a set of one-on-one mentorship training method, which not only avoided repeated staff training but also created a unique cohesion among the volunteers.

在优化内部团队的同时，何颖认为有必要加强项目的对外宣传，扩大远周的社会影响力。通过带队参加各项比赛，远周吸引到了越来越多的关注，cctv央视直播间、光明 、经济 、中国公益……多家主流媒体的争相 道，使更多的人了解到了远周，走近远周，并加入远周。何颖在项目宣传上注入的心血也为远周争取到了更多的发展机会：远周先后赢得了包括第五届中国“互联 +”大学生创新创业大赛上海赛区“乡村振兴”奖和国赛金奖，以及第五届公益教育博览会最高SERVE奖/第二届大学生（研究生）教育创新创业大赛金奖等在内的众多荣誉奖项。

While optimizing the team internally, He Ying was aware of the necessity of strengthen the publicity of the project and expand the social influence of Yuan Zhou. Through being exposed to various competitions, Yuan Zhou has attracted more and more spotlights. Many mainstream media like CCTV Live, Guangming.com, Economic.com and CPWNEW.com have reported on it. An increasing number of people get to know, learn and being part of Yuan Zhou. He Ying’s efforts in promoting the project have also brought Yuan Zhou more resources: Yuan Zhou has won numerous honorary awards including the “Rural Revitalization” Award in the Shanghai division of the 5th China Internet+ Student Innovation and Entrepreneurship Competition and the Gold Award in the National Competition, as well as the highest SERVE Award at the 5th Public Service Education Expo/Gold Award at the 2nd Student (Graduate) Education Innovation and Entrepreneurship Competition.

In addition to team building and operation, He Ying has innovatively proposed a public welfare model covering various aspects of management and formed a new prevention system that includes the “Yuan Zhou Project” and “Yuan Zhou Class”. The “Yuan Zhou Project” aims to provide comprehensive services through four components: online education, offline education, job security and long-term follow-up, with a view to helping minor crime-involved minors return to normal social life and better prevent recidivism. “Yuan Zhou Class” has launched a series of legal literacy courses through the partnership with courts, police and prosecutors. These courses have been introduced to many schools with the “Rule of Law in Schools” activities of the Supreme Prosecutor and the Ministry of Education to promote legal literacy among minors.

The Female Attitude: Grow with More Female Entrepreneurs on the Entrepreneurial Road

在上海这座包容性极强的城市，越来越多的女性开始遵从自己的内心和人生发展的需要，从安稳走向创业，从充满激情的进取中找到人生的意义和个人价值的实现与满足。在推动远周进一步发展的过程中，何颖也开始有意识地关注和反思当下的创业常态，开始在创业的大环境中更多地关注到逐步壮大的女性创业者团体和组织。

In this highly inclusive city of Shanghai, more and more women are pursuing their personal development following their hearts, moving from stability to entrepreneurship, and finding the meaning of life as well as the realization and satisfaction of personal values through making passionate progress. In the process of promoting Yuan Zhou’s development, He Ying began to consciously focus and reflect on the current entrepreneurial norm. She also paid more attention to the gradually growing groups and organizations of female entrepreneurs in the general environment of entrepreneurship.

机缘巧合之下，何颖加入了“紫玉兰女性成长计划”系统课程学习。在参加紫玉兰培训的这段时间里，面对系统化的指导和课程，何颖得到了非常专业的帮助和培养。在女性心理学相关的课程中，何颖在老师的指导下接触到了九型人格分析理论，对自我有了更加深入的认识判断，了解了自己的个性及其他人的个性，从而在远周的日常工作中也采取更加有效的沟通和交流策略，也有了更足的底气；同时也能在认识自我的过程中选择更宽阔的发展道路，并进一步挖掘自身潜力，拓展个人发展的空间。

Serendipitously, He Ying participated in Ziyulan Women’s Growth Program. During the systematic training sessions, He Ying increased her business knowledge: In the course of women’s psychology, He Ying was exposed to the theory of nine-type personality analysis under the guidance of the mentor, she not only gained a deeper understanding of herself and others, but also was able to adopt more effective communication strategies in her daily work at Yuan Zhou, with confidence; she also identified a broader development pathway in the process of understanding herself, and further explored her potential as a female leader.

通过“紫玉兰”的课程，何颖学会了在连接、共享、交流和互动中实现高效对接；在战略、运营和技术的综合性思考中，进行企业数字化平台的搭建、服务与创新型管理。“紫玉兰”课程为何颖注入了全新出发的勇气和力量。

After taking Ziyulan training course, she learned how to connect, share, communicate and interact to achieve business efficiency; she also learned how to integrate digitalization into Yuan Zhou’s service model and internal management.

By using the digital transformation tools that she learned in the class, He Ying helped Yuan Zhou establish the “Yuanlian Public Welfare System”, an electronic filing system for case management. The system addresses the needs of online services during the pandemic. It establishes an electronic file for each service recipient. This not only allows better access to various types of supporting resources but also provides a guarantee for long-term tracking mechanism for such services. At the same time, in order to enable Yuan Zhou to fully embrace digital transformation, He Ying actively organized various emerging media, including Wechat official accounts and other online platforms. She also produced promotional videos based on the characteristics of the generation Z and gained wide praise from users.

何颖欣喜于与“紫玉兰”的相遇，在谈到自己对“紫玉兰”的认识的时候，何颖从其名字开始说起：“紫玉兰是一种花朵的名称，花朵很大，花枝很高，远远望去，优雅、知性、美丽。”以富于女性气质的“紫玉兰”为名，寓意只有强大、坚韧的生命才会迎来在高处绽放的璀璨和美丽。作为专业的女性创业组织，“紫玉兰”在创业发展和自我成长的道路上，为勇敢的女性创业者们提供了开放的创业环境和富有针对性的创业指导。不同的女性创业者可以在“紫玉兰”的平台上结识更多的同路人作为参照和榜样。她们不仅能够带来创业的启示，还能带来女性之间的温暖力量。而何颖也将在这里收获自己创业的力量，同时成为这种力量的组成部分，与更多的“紫玉兰”们一起迎来璀璨绽放。
