降解型胶袋『Degradable Polybags』

我司主营各类传统及环保包装材料，含高档精品手工盒/内盒/包装纸/说明书/胶袋等等。同时，在环保包材方面，我司主营类别为可回收类及降解类产品。(On eco-friendly products, our main product lines are on recyclable and degradable ones).

这次主题是“降解型胶袋”This time the theme is “degradable polybags ”

。降解胶袋一般可有以下几种：Usually, degradable polybags contains:

第一，生物降解。针对不同国家的政策和客户需求，生物降解袋可以有多种制成方式。如通过添加生物降解剂（氧化式或者压氧式降解）与PE或PO相混合；或者直接使用生物降解基材为生产原料（PLA+PBAT）。

Firstly, bio-degradable. According to the policies of different countries as well all kinds demands from clients, there are many ways to make bio-degradable polybags. For example, through adding some kind of bio-degradable agents into PE / PO;”>

2). soft in hand-feel;

3). no 100% transparancy;

4). might be attractive to pets and incects when stroe in warehouse;

5). can’t be recycled;

6). high and not stable on cost.

使用此原材料，产品上可显示以下环保认证标志。For a real bio-degradable products, below logos are available to print and use.

一些中东和欧美国家的客户也会要求和接受使用添加生物降解剂。添加生物降解剂的产品在某种程度上会更符合客人对可持续性发展的需求。

Some clients from South-east ,European and American countries, adding bio-degradable agents is also requested and acceptable to use. Also, on certain extent, the products adding with bio-degradable agents are more to fit the sustainable demands.

第二，光降解。（如果客人的要求只是可降解，那么从成本上考量，这个会比较推荐。）Secondly, photo-degradable. (If what customer is just looking for kind of “degradation”, considering from the product cost, this product line are more recommendable.)

1). save energy (reducing the usaging of PE, and only needs electricity to produce, no pollution caused.);

2). according to the thickness of film products, commonly can be photodegradable (under UV exposure) in 12-24 months.

3). upon customers special request, it could be also flexible to add other special prodegradant additive, so the product can be made both photo-degradable and bio-degradable;

4). ?can be incinerated when recycled to produce electricity without pollution or hazardous smoke;

5). can be recycable with number #2 plastics, meeting with sustainable recyclability;

6). can be added with recycled materials;

7). cccording to customer requirements, anti-mold and antibacterial function can be infused with the material;

8). no 100% translucent appearance. The more eco-active pellet added, the less translucent the product would be.

9). comparatively economic and stable on cost.

对于“环保”，在我们与客户的长期合作的经验中，我司认为，首先一定要了解清楚客户的真正“环保”诉求是什么？这样，我司才能更好的更有针对性地提供方案供客户选择。其次，虽然可降解材料是非常棒及非常实用的概念，但从环境保护的角度来看，爱护我们这个星球最好的方式可能还是节能和使产品可循环回收使用。

Per our long-years experience working with all kinds of customers on eco-friendly materials, we would say, firstly, we ‘re to well understand “what’s customers real appeal on being eco-friendly”? so that we could work out and provide customers our solution suggestions. Secondly, although degradable materials are kind of very exciting and useful materials, but from the point of environmental protection, the best way to help save the planet might be still to save energy and improve ways of recycling and recovering all plastics which have to be used.
