It is one of standard equipments specified in (ISO 679:1989)JC/T682-1997 for the compaction of cement specimen.

三. Main Structure
It consists of base,arm,table,dash forward,synchronous machine and die sleeve.The mould is on the mold table.Refer to figure 1.

四.Installation
1.Clean the machine and the controller after openning the box.
2.put the machine on the concrete pedestal,which is 400mm high ,0.25m3 capacity,2500kg/m3 weight.Fix it with anchor bolt,and spread a layer of cement mortar on the interface between the table and the base.
3.make the table and the arm pole at the same level.Take off the sheath to let the dash forward completely connect with the table stop .
4.Fill up a layer of rubber (5mm thick)between concrete pedestal and the floor.
5.after the solidification of the concrete(about 7days),srew the anchor bolt.
6.Note 😀on’t upright the arm pole,it is dangerous.
五.Operation
1.Preparation
a.Put off the sheath of the dash forward.Examine the counting insert underneath the table.The insert should be inserted in the middle of the two infrared counter freely,not touch any of them.
b.Connect the cable between the controller and the machine.
2.Operation
a.Raise the table ,make the cam moving ,not touch the follow shaft.
b.Turn on the controller’s button .If the rotation of the cam is right,put down the table ,which will move up and down.
c.Every 60 vibrations ,it will stop automatically,and the controller will display its vibrating times.
d.Examine the specifications.Using measuring stand to detect the amplitude.if the cam can rotate,not touch the follow shaft,when the 15.0mm measuring stand be put in the middle of dash forward and table stop,it is qualified.it is also ok when it touch the follow shaft but can still move after putting a14.7mm one.
Time the vibration by the stopwatch.
3.Attention.
The infrared counter phototube is fragile.
