材料拉力试验机英文资料说明:

1, Brief introduction

The WEW series universal testing machine has the design of PC display and manual drive hydraulic loading system, main engine controller separately fixed. It has the characteristics of operation amenity, working steady, high accuracy and loading steady, it is used to stretch, compress, curve and cut metal cement, concrete, plastics and so on. We suggest you to fix and use this apparatus in following surroundings:

  1. Clean, dry, no vibrate source and has space for test and maintenance (≥0.7m)
  2. Indoor temperature 10℃-35℃

2, Structure element

2.1 Physical structure element

 The main engine consist of an adjustable support base, screw thread pole, moveable crossbeam (lower clamp set)] and a working frame [working oil tank, piston, platform, support and upper crossbeam (upper clamp set)]. Element of this apparatus: high–pressure oil pump supply oil to the working oil tank, the piton moves and press board and upper crossbeam to do stretch and press test. The stretch test is done in the space between upper crossbeam and movable crossbeam. The lift motor, gear, chain drive rotates at a same speed to move the crossbeam.

2.2 Electricity element

This apparatus use single phase, 220V, 50HZ AC power. The main return circuit contains oil pump motor and lift motor. There is a thermal relay series before oil pump motor and lift motor to prevent motor over load.

3. Installation

3.1 Unpacking

Check to make sure that all of the items are included. If something missed, contact with our company as soon as possible.

3.2 Installation preparation

The apparatus should be installed at a clean; dry and no vibrate source room with a temperature of 10℃-35℃. Test and maintenance space (≥0.7m).

The main engine and the control box should be fixed on a concrete base. The size of concrete base should be on the basis of overall dimension, leave space for foundation screw and wire tube. The upper surface of the concrete base should be levered.

3.3 The first step of accuracy checking and adjustment

Main engine: use a level or a plummet to check the pillar vertical or not, then you and use some steel sheet to adjust the vertical. Put the foundation bolt in.

Use concrete to fix the foundation bolts. Fill the loophole between apparatus and the ground. Maintain it for one week.

3.4 Hydraulic pressure system connection

a. Unwrap it and use kerosene to clean the interior of oil tube.

b. Check whether the sheets on the joint part are ok or not, if it is damaged, please replace it with a new one in order to prevent leaking in high pressure situation.

c. Use a suitable spanner to link the oil tube

d. This apparatus uses N68 wear-resisting hydraulic oil. When the surrounding temperature is too high, you can add N100 to raise viscosity.

3.5 electricity installation

This apparatus use single phase, 380V power, and it should be ground connection. Before switch on the apparatus, you should check whether the linked wire is dropped or not, the fuse is loosen or not, and clear away dust in the electricity box. Be sure that the apparatus has linked with power, press “power” key on control box platform. Check whether the movement of the lower clamp fit with the indication on the bottom. If not, change position of any two phase wires. Loosen the oil supplying valve and the piston lift. Check whether the piston limit switch works or not according to the mark on the pillar. Lift the working piston a little, tighten oil supplying valve when the working piston raise a little. 3.6 debug.

3.6.1Shut off the oil pump motor, loosen M8 screw on the oil pump, expel air in the pump and lift the piston repeat, expel the air completely (open the door under left buffer valve on the control box, you can see the oil returns continuously and steadily).

If the pointer stopped when you test pressure, you can solve this problem as following:

  1. Choose max range, adjust pressure to half of this range and stabilize the pressure.
  2. Open the door on the controller box, loosen the round air expel screw (at the back), expel air and then fix it back.
  3. *precaution: 1. the working pressure can’t be too high; 2. when you fix back the screw you should rotate it slowly and softly in case of broken.

3.6.2Test

a. Separate the support in a same distance (the support can‘t touch the movable crossbeam when it lifts).

b. Fix a lower press board on the platform, move the movable crossbeam till the upper and lower press board leaves in a distance of 20mm each other.

c. Use full range, start the oil pump, tighten oil returning valve and loosen oil supplying valve, add pressure slowly until it reaches 80% of the range.

d. Check “Zero point returning” error, and check whether oil tube joints are leaking or not.

e. If it is leaking, unload pressure and tighten this joint.

4. Operation

4.1 The operation should be coordinate with control system

4.2 Daily maintenance

4.2.1All parts of this apparatus should be cleaned frequently. After you wipe the unpainted parts, you should wipe it again with grease to resist rust. You should do it more frequently in rainy seasons. Put a dustproof cover to prevent dust if you don’t use it.

4.2.2All doors on the controller box should be closed in order to prevent dust falling into the apparatus and affect sensitivity.

4.2.3The oil may reduced or deteriorated after long period and frequently use. So you should check the oil level every 1-3 month. After this apparatus stops for 15 min, see the oil window at the left side of the apparatus, if the oil is deteriorated, loosen oil output hole at the left side of the apparatus, replace new hydraulic oil.

4.2.4Use this apparatus frequently may cause some screws loosen, so you should check these screws:

a. There are two press boards (L shape) in upper crossbeam and movable crossbeam (used to fix clamps) respectively, and there are two screw on each board.

b. There are six screws on movable crossbeam at each side respectively.

c. Check screw thread transmission belt once a moth and do some adjustment (you should unfix banners on the main engine).

d. Check oil transmission belt once a year and do some adjustment (you can do it after you open the lower door on the controller box).

4.2.5According to surrounding conditions and use frequency, please lubricate following parts every 3-6 months:

a. Joint part of screw thread pole and base, you can use 100# lubricating oil.

b. Screw thread pole transmission chain, you can use grease

c. To keep the screw clean, you can use grease or MoO2.

d. You should remove the banner fixed on the main engine if you want to lubricate it.

4.2.6there are two clamps on the upper crossbeam and movable crossbeam respectively, they are important components of this apparatus,so you should clear away messes between the crossbeams and clamps. Solution: take off press board at one side of the movable crossbeam, take out the clamps; you can use a cloth with grease to clean the face. Then spread on a mixture of grease and graphite. Fit the clamps back with a bolt.

4.3 hydraulic tighten device use

   a. join the rubber tubes together, A1-A’, B1-B1’, B2-B2’, C-C’, D-D’, E-E’.

   b. This apparatus uses hydraulic tighten device. When you control to grip test piece, please press “upper clamp” key first,adjust space and then press “lower clamp” key. When you take off the test piece, you should hold the piece and press” upper clamp” key first, and then press the lower key.

   c. the adjustment of oil leaking valve (below the integrated circuit), adjust the handle till the piston can move, the pressure should be as low as possible.

5. Troubleshooting

Ⅰ.Symptoms: the oil supplying valve has noise or it vibrates

Possible cause: The surrounding temperature is too high or the oil temperature is too high, that make the oil viscosity reduce.

Possible solutions:

  1. Fill hydraulic oil has higher viscosity (100﹟hydraulic oil for example).
  2. Stop the apparatus for a while and start to work till the temperature decreased.

Ⅱ. Symptoms: The apparatus can’t get the rated pressure.

Possible cause:

  1. Oil supplying valve is clipped by something.
  2. The transmission belt is loosened or slips.
  3. Hydraulic system is leaking.

Possible solutions:

  1. Take of the oil supplying valve and clean it, if there is burr, you can use toothpaste to polish it.
  2. Adjust the transmission belt or replace it.
  3. Tighten the leaking part or replace a new sheet.

Ⅲ. Symptoms:  the clamps slip when it stretches.

Possible cause: Some trifles on the test piece drop into the surface between clamps and crossbeams.

Possible solutions: Use a file to repair the damaged part on the surface, and then spread on a mixture of grease and graphite.

Ⅳ. Symptoms: the movable crossbeam can’t move fluently.

If the electricity is ok, it may have following possible causes:

  1. The joint of screw thread pole and apparatus not lubricant.
  2. The screw thread pole bolt nut is loosening.

Possible solutions:

  1. Take off the bolt nut at the end of the screw thread pole and clean it, start the oil pump, use the piston to push the screw thread pole 150mm above, clean, lubricate and fix it back.
  2. Check and fix the screw.
